Good question...not sure. One thing I was thinking to check when I go back was voltage at the wall. Could be the cord instead? Thanks for this...will let you know.

You can see the real Power supply voltage on display during work by SP...but for me the problem its in the web cleaning unit, its the more weakness ring of the chain.

The cord is correct and wall voltage not dropping, trying to get whole fuser with web ass'y. to experiment with.

I had an IM9000 at a prison unit. It had the same issues of not fusing the toner to the paper, and no service codes. The power at the wall between the two legs was questionable. But there was defiantly a voltage issue between the ground and one of the legs. This allowed the machine to come to ready but did not code, and caused the poor fusing. Dirty power.

you made me doubt, didn't I ask you which country you are in?...if you are in Europe, the voltage is 220v, in the USA it should be 110v as far as I know...if you are in Europe, someone before you, may have mounted one or more lamps with different voltages by mistake.

Went back today to double check all, tried a different circuit, where a MP8001 is running fine, also 120V, 20A...no help. Yes, we are in the US. Will look closely at the lamps again.

                Try another original toner.

                      Hi everyone

Maybe try checking your pressure on the pressure roller and the lift motor and gear assembly. Also check springs on pressure roller.

Check bushings and bearings in the fuser. Make sure they haven't jump off position

Check pressure roller metal cleaning roller. It could be dirty.

Although they are likely marked per color on the lamp holder, I have seen techs put the lamps in wrong positions before. It will come to ready and run, but not fuse properly.
                            I've proved mathematics wrong. 1 + 1 doesn't always equal 2.........

I had the exact same issue a couple weeks ago. Poor fusing. BUT the machine eventually threw a SC547 code. The FU1 on the PSU was blown. I have had many situations like this, and replacing the fuse has fixed my issue. I ordered them on Amazon. Bojack 5x22mm 8A-250V. I hope this helps.
