Looks to me like you have a stripper pawl knocked out of position and the center paper is caught under it.

You need to call a trained technician. Common issue with this series of machines.

As earlier said you need to call a train technician to fix the issue for you, they may have to replace broken set of Stripper pawls and get it fixed for you.

Very common issue on most of the models in this family. For LEF paper, the middle fuser finger can often just be removed without causing major issues. If you're not familiar with the process, getting a trained tech to look at it will be the best option: these fusers are not the easiest to work with because of their design, and even easier to break.

Yep like the other engineers say it's a common fault on this family (series) of machines.

Fuser stripper pawl is off position. A trained technician will be able to assess the problem and tell if it's best to
            1) put the pawl back in
            2) remove the pawl
            3) or replace the fuser unit housing/carcass which holds the pawl in position. They do sometimes break and need replacement

            All the best
