Not always. A bad IPU usually will not take out the new motor. You could also have a bad cable from the IPU to the Polygon motor driver board.

I have a MP7502 at power ON the diskplaer show sc220-00 so I replace the PSU、BCU、IPU、PFU、LSU unit、SBU unit and firmware 。now the machine sc220-00 boards is good ,because on aonther machine is working ,so I do not know why the machine

hello, be careful, during the replacing of the laser diode board, or especially the door switches, you may have inadvertently pulled the harness, (actually very short and pulled) and unclipped the small internal connector that goes from the diode, to the switches, to check it, (from the outside you can't see it) you have to remove the left plastic panel, (from the paper exit) and with a light check the gap between the frame with a flashlight, if so, you can either disassemble the whole scanner unit top, or as or discovered later, with a bit of manual dexterity, with a spring release and tweezers, reconnect the connector.
