try to extract them, and after brushing a little yellow toner on the surface of the drum cylinders, rotate them with your fingers a few times back and forth, in my case it worked, probably a resonance due to little use and poor lubrication of the blades...do it also on a ITB belt too

Cheat the front door then use output check to run the FC motor again, pull out each PCDU while the machine is running.

Have also seen the waste toner drive cause a pretty loud squeak on a nearly new IMC. (spray oil on each ends of the drive shaft)

IMC2510 almost brand new (9k black 17k color) singing the song of its people when running SP5804-132 Drum Motor FC : Standard Speed

I replaced all 4 drums (D0DZ-2205) with no success. Anyone have an idea ?

Pull out the PCDU's one at a time while SP5804-132 is running the drum motor to see if the noise stops.
