    Developer Wastage pro 1357ex

I have 2 ricoh pro 1357ex in my print shop.
I am facing an issue in one machine that on every print some amount of developer comes on drum and than go to drum recycling or wasteage.
other machine is working perfectly so I swap developer unit, drum unit, transfer unit, charge corona unit but all units of faulty machine works ok.

Sucking developer is usually caused by extreme under toning. When you placed the development unit in the other machine, the other machine detected the under toned condition and corrected it before coming ready.

You may have a partial clog in the toner supply system. Could be the tube from the toner supp;y cylinder to the toner pump.

        No sc 493,494,495 generated.
as slimslob says machine is under toning, i would like to inform that print quality is ok. If development unit was under toning than we have to face light print also.
developer is going to drum recycling which i checked it by stopping machine between printing and found some developer on drum and from drum developer go to recycling I stop that machine immediately because in continuous run all developer will go to drum recycling facing light print issue due to low quantity of developer.
        kindly guide me.

Perhaps it may help to check the drum ground. I did see some failures of ground on the earlier ancestors of this model. Although I am not positive that these types of symptoms came as a result.
