Re: Paper wrinkle on left side
Are you sure the wrinkling is being caused by the fusing unit? More often than not it is something in the PTR section causing the paper to not enter the fusing unit correctly. The transfer case used with this model has a history of problems caused by plastic parts breaking. If the case has not been properly updated IAW BULLETIN NUMBER: D111/D142 – 021, you need to do so. If you put the newer style PTR in the old style case, you have introduced a misalignment. Yoou may also need to update the discharge plate in the paper transfer unit IAW BULLETIN NUMBER: D111/D142 – 022. Bulletins attached.

Re: Paper wrinkle on left side
Did the wrinkle only happen after you worked on the fuser unit?

Sounds like the pressure roller bearing is not it the correct position.
Did you replace a genuine Ricoh fuser sleeve unit or compatible ?Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

Re: Paper wrinkle on left side
Hi sir, thank you for your response. I think wrinkle problem because of the fusing unit. Because i use the other fusing unit in the same machine no wrinkle problem comes. When i use the fusing unit that prepared by me the wrinkle problem coming.Comment

Re: Paper wrinkle on left side
What screw to what nut? There is no adjustment. When you don't know the model and have never work on them, don't make a fool of yourself. At the least you should check such things as the service manual and parts catalog before you post.Comment

Re: Paper wrinkle on left side
Since it only happened after you worked on it, just go ahead and disassemble it again. Reassemble paying attention to the details. We all have had to do this at one time or another, and you will likely discover what the malfunction is.NEVER ASSUME ANYTHINGComment
