How to fax lanier 5645

This should be the same as the ricoh 1045.Do you have all the fax hardware installed?? Fax should come up on it's own if all the pieces are there. ie. FCU with MBU, NCU, Fax dim or print/scan dim on the controller, buttons for the op panel.

I need help with this box, someone set it up as a copier only and when i try sending or receiving faxes, it doesn't do it, could you list the steps for me to anable fax mode? Thanks, JamesR
