IM550 "Waste Toner Bottle Full"

Hello All! I have an IM550 That keeps saying "Waste Toner Bottle full, but its empty... I cleaned everything.. replaced Drum Unit, and of course Waste Toner Bottle.. Any thoughts??? Appreciate any feedback, Laser801

Oh yes! cleaned everything..

I had that exact problem yesterday, and I had to remove all the caps to clean them thoroughly.
I checked the toner auger in the drum unit and the outlet nozzle... the toner had turned into rocks and wouldn't drain into the jar.

that printing system should be derived from kyocera, do you happen to use compatible toner?...we had the same problem on similar kyocera machines, with the problem described by Miguel, it seems that that pcdu system does not digest compatible toner well.

Try a different waste bottle. Also make sure sensor is clean. Test sensor in service mode.
I had one once that a new toner bottle fixed the issue as it wasn't playing nice with the sensor.
