MPC2500 printing on mac???

hi.
I`ve got a customer trying to print from a mac to a MPC2500 and it just prints garbish and blank pages.

they are printing fine from windows.
any ideas.

This may sound like a dumb question, but do you have the postscript option installed?

no it has no postscript. why?

Because the MPC2500 can not print Postscript without a Postscript Unit and Mac's use the Postscript printer language. (Postscript Unit is an option on this machine).

They could, at a push, install Bootcamp and Windows onto the Mac, giving a dual-boot operating system thingy, but it'd be far simpler to buy & install the Postscript option.
