Ricoh Pro C9200 SC685-50 error

I have a Ricoh c9200 it was working fine , next morning we tried to turn it on we got this error SC685-50 , i check the back board , one of the fuser is broken , attached image, every time i changed it, it broke again.
any suggestions please

You have an electrical short. You need to use the point to point to identify what components are powered by that fuse.

thank you for your reply, now i think the toner bottle motor was making this problem, so now the fuse is not broke again but i still get SC685-50, what is this code refer to?

Looks like 24v missing out of PSU3.
