2075 Not printing

I have a 2075 that i can not get to print, I am able to get test print from with in the user tools and SP's. I'm able to ping to and from the machine, and at one point was able to web in, but something changed now, that I can't web in. I've reset the printer apps., the NCS (5801-11), and user tools back to factory default. Any ideals on what I can do next, other than replacing serial #, would be appreciated. Thanks

This might sound daft, but if you unplug the printer and then ping the IP address, does it still reply?

If so, something else on the network is using that IP address.

If not, try plugging a laptop or PC straight into the NIC with a crossover (twisted) patch lead and then try it - this will eliminate the network from the equation altogether.

You can also turn on DHCP and let it grab another address. The try and ping it again with the new address. Also check to make sure the subnet and gateway jive with what's given by the DHCP server.

If you are using a static IP and the customer uses DHCP, you need to make sure the IT staff has that IP reserved so nothing else grabs it.
