Dirty charge roller. Usually caused by something the customer has just ran a large number of that has a border that color and the charge cleaning roller can't keep up. I had a hospital years ago that was getting ready to go to a new HIS software. and were printing user manuals for all their employees. Every page had a blue border at the top..

Did you also replace the charge roller cleaning roller?
Rebuild kits are also available if you want to save money and are familiar with drum units.
