ricoh mf550 can receive phone call ,such as i use the mf550 call my cell phone, my phone call can receive , when i use cell phone speak ,the mf550 can hear,but i use the mf550 ,my cell can not hear anything!(my cell phone is good!nokia n95~~) on hook or use hand hook are the same
, (the mf550 can receive or fax) please help me ,my friend all over the world!!!!~~~~~~~~~

not copier is Fax machine （code is mf550 in China maybe the same as fax5510 in USA

no manual can be download in ricon .com.cn i am loking
a manual download from ricoh usa (searching for how to initialize set up the machine ,maybe something wrong setting withe the machine , the machine no Chinese diaplayer )

So, when you call your cell from the mf550, your cell rings but you cant hear a voice from the handset attached to the mf? Am I understanding it? Is the handset plugged into "Tel" and not "line". As A test I would plug the handset into "line" and try that. There is a relay on the NCU that routes that.

yse , i have try( plug the handset into "line" and try that. ) , and can not dial my cell (no calling in my cell)

But you can dialup regular land line phones with no problems?
Have you tried to dial other cell phones or its just yours?
Can you dial a landline phone that is not in the vicinity? For instance, your office phone?

i try it ，too 。 the same happen just as my cell 。 i call my office ， no one hear me ， but i can hear them。
