I have ricoh pro c7100 (4 station)
Show the sc code 570-03
All ozone exhaust fans working on other machin.
I check sp mode 1945 001 to 053 evry things is ok.
I upgrade the System/Copy firmware to version 3.02
SP1-945-009 :100
SP1-945-011 : 100
SP1-945-017 : 100
SP1-945-019 : 100
SP1-945-021 : 100
SP1-945-052 : 0
All ozone pm counters is reset

Any other suggestions or others with experience this error?
