IMC3500 slnx v2 uninstall & SafeQ install, issues connecting to server SafeQ

Hi

We removed slnx v2 from IMC 3500 from admin of slnx and pushed SafeQ.
But SafeQ from IM C 3500 display panel showing connecting to SafeQ server.

Want to know which SP need to disable which slnx changes while installing.

Or any other help which will resolve our issue. Pleaseeeee
