MPC2051 LCD fault

Hi all,

I have an MPC2051 which has the following problem with the LCD. All functions seem to still work OK.

Has anyone seen this before, and if so, what fixed it?

I had it once. Not sure what model. First thing to try is to reload LCDC firmware in case it has been corrupted. Tech support had me clear the appropriate memory. Does it only only occur in the Copy Function? If so SP 5801-006. If everything including User Tools and SP then clear System Control Service SP 5801-003. Worse case scenario is you will have to replace the LCDC PCB.

One might try and re-seat all flat cables and clean contacts, next step is indeed looking for a donator.
