Ricoh C901 stuck saying Printing

    Ricoh C901 stuck saying Printing

    Hello, I have a C901 that comes to idle, i send a print job, the machine seems to receive it because it goes to printing with the document information but machine never prints, just keeps saying printing.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    There are a number of things that can cause that problem. Chief among them is using the WSD port. Next is Microsoft's Ricoh type driver. If you let Windows automatically install the driver you will get both.

      Did you try to format hdd in sp mode?

          I have had to replace more than than one HDD for this specific issue.
