ok have toner lock out .ran out of toner will not clear toner add condition.do i have to do memory clear and what one can i do to not lose info if possible

I don't recall a "formal" toner lock out on these machines, but someone else may have seen this before.
Did you try to go into service mode and then shut it off, similar to resetting a fuser error?

yes tried everything but memory clear.is adding toner but message wont clear.cleaned all vacuumed all reset all to no avail.now is overtoned i thnk i will have to do memory clearComment

when you power up does it try to add tonr?
I would open the dv unit and pour alittle toner insigpic

I had a 1035 that did this. I replaced all sensors, developer unit and nothing worked. Looking in the SP's, the readings all said the machine should have enough toner to run. I did an engine clear and with the help of the birth certificate got the machine up and running again.
Check all the SP's and see what you find in terms of everything that determines the toner is low or at end. If the readings all say the machine should run, do the engine clear.Comment

copier running when i returned with dev and drum.so was overtoned,but making copies why it took so long to reset ill never know i guess.so it basically fixed it self .hmmmmComment

Check the switches on the left hand side for the front panel. Not the ones near the fuser. There are 3 switches. Check the wiring diagram and make sure the single connector is matched up with the correct 2 connector on the 3 pole switch. If it's not it won't register that the door has been opened for adding toner and resetting misfeeds.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again.
