sp mode ricoh 5510

Hi' Could someone Tell me how to enter Sp mode on a ricoh fax 5510. I have tried the same procedure as the aficio copier but it's not not working. I need to reset fuser error 0544.

This is a tough one if you don't know it. Go into the User Tools screen and then press # key then 107 and start. That gets you in...
