It most likely is the same as either the 2232C or 3228C. Check the diameter of the hot roller. THe roller for the 2232C is 29mm and the 3228C is 29.5mm.

    Parts numbers
    for 2232C AE01 0037 Hot Roller:Mm29
    for 3228C AE01 0055 Hot RollerIA29.5

There is also a gear black Bakelite gear on the back, drive input gear, that these beasts are notorious for taking out.

Private message me if you need any of the manuals. Disassembling the fusing unit is a lot easier if you do it by the book.

Final update- spongy hot roller replaced fairly easy with just screwdriver and ring pliars and a glove to handle the heat lamp. And schematics (thanks slim). Works like a charm, clean images. All good. Thanks again.

            Congratulation on your success. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Bravo!...that machine, if I remember correctly, has a very complicated fuser unit, it can be seen that it has been standing still for too long.

I found new flat spongy rollers also on other models and in the technical bulletins they wrote that they would normalize with use, replaced anyway because then they made noise as well as corrugating the paper. There is also an oiler roller and another in aluminum which should be replaced periodically.
