    op panel firmware for Mp C6004

    does anyone have the FW and the apps software? for the op panel for the mp c6004? I have a sick puppy and need to replace the FW,, i have the blue starburst and nothing else

      Have you tried unplugging the hard drive? Have you tried removing accessory electronic boards... I don't think a FW update can start if the machine doesn't start correctly first.

          Have you tried Recovery Mode? Do you know how to boot to recovery mode? You will need it to update the Android OS.

                                  Are you able to enter the SOP android service menu/recovery mode? I think you must get that far in order to be able to rewrite the FW or perform a (factory) reset. I was told not to perform factory resets on SOP but it helped me in the past lol.
