I use another machine, transfer all the board(without feeder), machine working.
Then I exchange all pcdu, itb and fusing, still working fine
Then I try change all toner, machine won't print. Try exchange one by one toner, turn out the black one is the issue.

Thanks for the feedback, never happened, I'll remember if it happens to me

Lately we have to expect everything from chip toners, congratulations.

There are times when the toner chips generate "bad communication", and I have had similar cases, and they are real headaches.

1st Case: MPC5502: Notice of the Image Units and the Fuser Unit, they were all "incorrectly installed".
2nd Case: MPC2003: Warning that all toner cartridges "were not detected or were incorrectly installed"
3rd Case: IMC4500: Warning of "spent" toner cartridges, forcing the user to replace the entire set.

This is caused by excessive dirt on the reading heads of the toner chips. Which I usually clean from time to time, depending on the client and the use of the device.
