    Hey guys,

Forgot to update you. the software messes up with the sp modes and firmware.
need to disable skip lr check from sp mode then proceed with the firmware update.

    works like charm

i use a 4gb sd card for firmware updates, no partitions. i know you said you have tried different size sd cards. but have you tried a different brand? and what file type are you formatting the card with?

Different sizes, different brands. I had to use the sdcard formatter tool as well, different usb drives, none of these worked.
But when skip LR check was enabled, and package_01 loaded, it worked.
Even asked my colleague on site to do the same and it worked.
