MPC3004 unable to install lower deck

Anyone had this problem where try to install lower deck(tray 3 and 4, is good, tested with other machine), the machine can't detect it.
Lower deck receive power, led turn on, paper rise up but at machine screen didn't show it. Already change the connector body machine which goes to lower deck connector.

Is there any SP mode that I need to turn on?

Try updating the firmware, had this once before.

as said copyer-tech, update the firmware its a first good operation to do, sometimes there is a firmware bank updated, often overlooked, usualy the bank-pb firmware its not included in package firmware.

try another cassette bank....if you do this work, you must have an other cassette bank to try, you cant stop for such a problem.
