[Jamming] jamming while print color page

I have a Ricoh MPC4503 printer, when I print color on it, it jams the paper and does not print anything, but when I print black, it prints well and I do not face any problem with black.

can you give us the jam code?...i think anyway that the color or black and white print jam its a "false flag"

It's a full color print?... Because it can happen that the paper sticks on the fuser belt causing a jam . Due to a wrong paper setting.

That is a service code not a jam code. You are not getting a jam. You are getting a error condition in the color control engine. SC230-03 is an FGATE ON error for magenta. You need a qualified technician to work on it.

Check the ground contacts of the ITB cleaning unit. Increase the pressure on them.

have you tried to see if there is any "C" level code in the machine's smc memory such as sc511 paper thickness sensor error?

in case you can try disabling it with sp 1-313-001

Respectfully Luca, does this guy strike you as having technical knowledge of ANY sort?

I agree with Tim, He needs an actual tech before Google and Youtube render BOTH this machine and his MP4054 Useless.
                  jamming

To me, it's disrespectful to our trade when people come on here thinking that any issue with one of these machines can be resolved with a few lines of instruction.

I'll give advice to an end user when the issue warrants, but this is WAY beyond that
