i have richo mp 4054 The paper gets jammed in part b and it never prints .. without error code
there must necessarily be a code stored in the sp jam-history, however, it could simply be a dirty sensor, or someone has had the sensor/PTR wiring broken internally (you can't see it) in the swinging part of the PTR wiring
