MPC 406 No air print

The airprint option is not available on the web interface. I can see my MPC 401sr but not this newer model. It does have the wireless and I'm on the customer's wireless network but can't see the printer with my Iphone
IEEE was set to inactive in User tools

Has the device certificate been created in user tools?

firmware is up to date? iphone is up to date? iphones don't play nice with copiers. androids seem to work no problem. download the ricoh app from the apple store. if that doesn't work, then just go into your normal settings and try to add a printer that way.

The MP C306 / C406 don't support AirPrint.
