    PRO C900 Factory Mode

Can anyone help me with the new Factory Mode code. I tried the 143 code and it will not work. Have been getting SC333 codes, and swapped some boards, now I need to change some setting's that are only in Factory Mode. HELP!!!!

This may be a silly question, but have you checked for a blockage in the toner bottle? I have just returned from the course. The trainer indicated that the toner bottle can become blocked at the exit due to hardened toner and requires some SERIOUS shaking / banging (!) to overcome the problem. This may cause SC333 (?)

The following is from the RTB

          SYMPTOM
Regardless of the amount remaining, SC 332,333,334,335 or toner empty are displayed.
          CAUSE
Due to the solidification of the toner itself, the toner supply tube (flexible tube) can become
          clogged.
          SOLUTION
The interior of the toner supply tube (flexible tube) is to be vacuum cleaned every 400K
          PM.
Do not keep the Toner bottle in the standing position.
