      There is bulletins says that the Developer and the toner has been changed.started from may 2009.

        Hi guys I have over 300 of these units MP35/4500 in the field.

        We had a big problem with these units in the field.
        after nagging Ricoh for a solution they have come up with that the Toner was to be blamed saying that some wax chemical was mixed it the toner causing the build up on the mag roller.They have provided us with anew batch of toner and up to date I must say its thumbs up we havent had any problem yet

        Just make sure you follow the Bullitin
