Its a waste of money replacing the waste boxes - they just need emptying.

I have got as far is finding the waste bottle. Is it best to unscrew the cap and empty it or just turn it upside down and empty it out the existing hole?

Shadow1, This may be a lost cause due to lack of technical knowledge. I suppose he could order the entire PCU/Black: Assembly P/N B2232204. I assume these are ready to go with developer and everything. Just a thought.

You need to order a bag of developer - These machines do not use monocomponent toner. The developer a magnetic power the toner mixes with so the machine can pick it up and brush it on the drum.

Clean out the old developer and dump in the entire new bag.

Also in sp mode, remember to reset the waste toner bottle counter as im sure it will still trigger waste full after a while (failsafe)

I dont think so, if it is full and you replace it, the photocell will allow the reset and possibly reset the counter.

Yes, when its full and then emptied this is ok as it will reset the counter, but if you empty it as part of a service visit, the counter will need reseting.
