Have you tried to log in as supervisor?
username : supervisor
password : leave empty
As a supervisor you can change the admin password.
If that doesn't work, order a new NVRAM, make a back-up of all machine settings and replace the NVRAM, and restore all settings.Comment

Dont do anything before you go into sp7810 and resetthe log in then just go into user tools and add new log on or leave turned off
