Just read this post and nearly pissed myself laughing, what a howl ! wild guess his problem is making copies from ADF that his original is face down....

Hi,

You can change copy face up or down in user mode.

Eject Copy Face Up/Down in Glass Mode
Eject Copy Face Up/Down in Bypass Mode

This is only for copies placed on the glass not via the DF.

shortly i meant, i can flip the paper face up and down in the glass copy, i can flip the paper face up and down in the bypass copy but whenever i try to use the SADF copy mode i got the copy product only one type, the copied face is down, i can not change mode to that copied face up in ADF copying. since machine's digital menu is German, i can not understand how to adjust that option. please help..

Its programmed like that to keep the copies in the original order. You can change that in UserTools>Copy/DocServer Features>InputOutput>Eject copy faceup/facedown in Glass: or DF mode. Cant help you on the German stuff.
