Have you got some SC ? Check "SC History" 7403.
If coper make blank copy, how did it complete "Self Check" ?
Open front door during copy making and look at Transfer Unit and PCUs.
Have a look at ID sensors.

Yes, on this side of the pond, "clear copies" is good!

Update the firmware - sometimes the Laser Unit shutter doesn't open correctly (ref TB attached) I've seen them cause weak images like shown in the TB, but also completely blank copies.

On the Athena the ITB is in constant contact with the black drum. It changes position for doing colour. Check the ITB unit is moving correctly by doing a forced process control then opening the side door when it's in the middle of it. If you can see a good set of control marks on the ITB, I'd say laser. If not, I think your ITB unit has had it.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                  Hit it.

Can we talk in pictures? English isn't your best language, and unfortunately, it's my only language.

Can you scan a sample and post it?

I think you need to get a bit more severe with this one. Take out and flush the toner pumps, clean the hoses that supply the dev unit too. Take the laser shutter off, see if the copies / prints improve. You haven't mentioned if you've updated the firmware?

While you're checking the toner pumps and transport tubes, check the toner supply drive - C and M are the last 2 colors in a long series of drive of gears. If some of the cheap plastic parts have broken you could easily loose drive to Magenta and Cyan.
