    MP4000 Delivery Server issue

    Hello all,

    I'm having a problem with a MP4000 copier, it will not connect to the delivery server using ScanRouter v2.

    On the printer I get the error message:
    "Updating the destination list has failed. Check the delivery server version."
    On ScanRouter I get the error message:
    "The selected I/O device is not switched on, or is not available on this network."

    I have pretty much matched the settings to a slightly older copier that works fine. I have tried changing the IP address, wires, ports etc.

    Users can print to the device fine and I can ping the printer from the server and ping the server from the printer. The only option for the delivery server is On/Off and it won't find the IP address for the server like the other printer does.

    Any help greatly appreciated, thanks.

    Unless any one else can advise differantly, I think the new range of controllers are not compatible with Scanrouter, I have had the same trouble recently with a couple of MPC2500's, I just switched to the on board routing, had to go through the pain of a fairly extensive address book though as the export from scanrouter didn't work.
