can i remove the optional hdd off this one. getting 360/890 codes. tried to format and reset with 4911 but no luck. if i can possibly remove the hdd do i need to change a setting so the machine knows there isn't one on it now. and is the # a6915878. thanks t

I believe that was an option on Machine, so you just disconect it.

If it's like an aficio 350 you can't just take the hdd out, u gotta remove it's controller too (plugs into the main board.) Otherwise the machine keeps lookin for it.
