Installed Desktop binder & DDST Twain Driver for MP1600.
When attempting to scan thro' desktop binder the following error codes appear...
6002 Scanner is not available &
Opening of the [browse for twain driver] dialog box has failed 301-231
Customer operating system is Windows XP
The print function works well.
Pls help me detect where the problem lies.
