    Ricoh mp 5500 print/net/scan

    I moved print/scan from one machine to another both 5500s of course but its not working in the new machine. Wanted to know are these interchangable.

      The type MP7500 print/scan card(412907) should be interchangeable with any 5500. The card might be bad. Not the same card but we installed about 15 MP5000's and 2 of the print/scan cards were bad. One more was bad in just the one copier but worked in another one, go figure.

              Update firmware, to solve this pblm.
              Most of the time the operators need fixing, not the machine !!!
