    3228 consuming k dev

Hi guys, anyone has these machines consuming the k developer? i have been to a couple of these machines with complaints of poor cq, only to find there's no developer (or very little) in the unit. Any ideas?

There was a bulletin out on this, you'll need to replace the developer clutch. The clutch continues to feed developer after print jobs are finished. Part number is AX200273.

Replaced one last week in a 3228C. There was a lot of rust in the black DV-clutch.

It is TSB 30 here in the US. My firewall won't let me post but I pretty much paraphrased the description and part number in my original post.
