AFICIO 1045 Code 325

I have this problem about developer :
because the developer is not attracted to the cilinder .
and then I dispayed the 325 error code
I changed the developer but the problem presents again.

I can't find SC325 in the manual. Maybe you mean SC352?

Yeah, 352 sounds likely with the 1045. Try the HV board.

SC352 has something to do with ID-sensor. The description in the manual is : ID Sensor, pattern edge detect error. Replace the ID-sensor or the HV-Board (like TonerMunkeh said).

BTW, developer should never been attracted by the drum, only toner is attracted. If the drum is attracting developer, then your charge roller voltage must be too high.

I always said that this is a very strange machine.
The problem was.....Mechanic
this timing belt was out of gears and it goes out at every copy.
this cause that the distributes developer roller don't work
Then I inverted the sense of the little white gear an now the
timing belt works in the right mode.

I think the machine for this problem don't charged toner within the developer
Unit .

I had just changed developer Macking all the procedure about inizialization and when I have the low quality Copy, commanded the
"Forced toner supply" but the toner was Out of the Unit, Then Maybe
appeared the 352 code ( but not always )
