Ricoh B 125 wideformat cutter error now drawer locked out

I have a wideformat that when a tried to make a copy the machine pulled a cutter error after turning the machine off then on to reset it now it does not see the roll feed drawer. Is there a way to reset the drawer?

Go to User Tools menu, press "system settings", "key operator", scroll down to find "Do not use Bypass" and select this option.
Switch off/on...
