    Ricoh CL3500n

First, forgive me for asking a printer question in the copier forum.

I am looking for the part number for the sensor/actuator for this machine's main paper tray. The machine continues to display 'add paper' even though it is full of paper. I see the customer has broken the flag and sensor but I can't find any part numbers to order these parts. Anybody know the part numbers?

    Thanks in advance.

Good stuff. You were right on point. Still can't find anyone who sells the part. Will look for a junk machine and see if the actuator & sensor are still intact.

      Thanks.

You should still be able to get the part from Savin/Ricoh I would think.

Yeah, I guess Ricoh would sell the part.... seeing as they made it
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Hit it.

              LOL! Yeah, real funny. :-)

Well, I checked with Ricoh and they didn't have them and gave me the number of other Ricoh shops in our area. Called all of them and none of them had the parts either. Weird, very weird.
