Light gray back ground on AF2020

I had gray light gray back ground on both print and copy, black density is good, new drum, developer Machine had 200K on meter. Some one shed the light for me ?

try transfer roller. Did you inizilase dev and id sns? dirty slit glass.

Possible Causes:

Bad Drum Ground
Bad / Incorrect toner
Incorrect Developer bias or bad connection.
Bad Quenching Lamps

Was this what the original call was for, or did it start after a PM?

Might look into the Developer itself , its there but low.

It fixed

I cleaned trasfer roller and Laser assembly at the same time and it fixed, I think it fixed by cleaning dirty transfer roller but not 100% it is it.
