Papers not ( jogged well ) in aficio 1060 finisher.
I have a problem in 1060 finisher , when I have to sort using finisher shift tray , the output is not tidy ( jogged well ). Paper up and down in the same set . What my cause this.
Worn out sponge exit rollers in the finisher exit assembly. They pull the pages back to keep them neat. Once they wear down the finisher won't stack well.
Also check for paper cuts in the plastic jogger guides. A single sheet of paper can hang up in the fine groove cut in and not drop to the bottom therefor missing the stapler.
At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.
Jogger fences in older models would crack along the corner. They redesigned by adding ribs for support. This used to be one my biggest headaches. Good luck!
