    Aficio 3224c Touch Screen Trouble

    Okay, clients screen locked up. Went and switched it with known good complete op panel assembly. Worked fine for a couple of days and now clients says it died again!

    Any ideas?

      Yes, That means that the working touch screen you installed is bad too
      I have replaced 8 of those in the last several months.
