Anyone have these transfer units going WAY Out before they are supposed to.

We are having them start streaking more than 100K before PM time. Sometimes the Cleaning Unit is clean, other times not.

These things are a bit expensive to be replacing so early.

Also they don't have the LEFT Handle to adjust when you get ready to remove them from the machine.

I verified this via parts and Service manual. Why would they not have it anymore?

The Handle does release the blade from the belt when removing. I have seen some blades fail but not lots.

        LEFT Handle missing.
Seen this on times. As to why God knows. I think it is when the machine is on the production line and the body responsible for putting it on, buggers off for a fag break.

        No seriously.
Have changed many belts on their own early, however found the unit it self appears to last way over its target.
