Fewer than expected problems with this finisher but one that crops up intermittently is 1 or 2 sheets in a group will skew at the exit and not be stapled with the group.
On a particular one that I see, I have always noticed that the side guides on the letter cassette were not tight, at least an inch away. After corrected this, the problem goes away. But it is so intermittent that it may have gone away anyway.
Anyone have any input on these finishers? Any bulletins?
