Roll1 Not Detected in a Aficio RW240

Hi Fellas,

I have a Wide Format Aficio RW240, that i have been servicing for about 1 year now, was called up by the client today saying he can't print or copy anything from roll1, i.e tray 1 cannot be detected both on the panel and on the plotbase software but the bypass works fine for both printing and copying. Am kinda stuck on what might be the issue, any help is appreciated

Go to "User Tools"-> "System Settings" -> "Key Op. Tools" -> "Tray Prob. Settings" and Select: "DO NOT USE BYPASS". Exit UserTools.

Then cycle the power on the machine, and you'll be good to go!
