Vulkor: yeah who doesn't! the worst thing is that as a technician you seem ridiculous when you come and go every other day but the machine is never any better...

Koosie: we actually did check it when we changed the power supply board... it's nothing visible at least, maybe if it's burnt out a cable but it seems far fetched... but who knows really. might have to go multimeter on them. or maybe encourage youthanasia hehe I like the silent megadeth language
    Peace sells, but who's buying?

Inform us when you solved the problem. It's probably a board. Check the door switches. I'll replace the BICU first. (won't take longer than 44 minutes to replace )

I have a similar problem. And i would recomend change the contact in the m/c there have been some faulty contacts.
I did the following with out any result. Changed PS, change Board, changed Thermistors, changed Thermostat, and check screws,
But have not changed the contacts in the m/c yet. i managed to get the fingers in the male contact on fuser to be a bit more tense, that seems to be a temorary solution but code popup anyhow. So now its time to check the femalecontact.
            Good luck
