today i change the exit switch and still have the same problem.. i already check all and still have the some problem. Probably the problem is from the main board.

hey give the guy the fuser exit sensor part number already.i thnk its fuser exit sensor.will look it up asap

i have already the sensor part number (AW020119)... is the same as the 2018 machines. i put a new one and still not working.

Boy do I remember this one! It drove me absolutely nuts until I found out about this bulletin

hmmmm well how about the acutator arm.then i guess we would go to clutches (clean w/ alcohol).then feed station

hi,

i already check the clutches.. i change the one from feed with the one from the peper feed and still have the same... i change the exit sensor and nothing. i check the TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN that Fearless V K attach and still have the same problem.
I cant find anything else to check...

Double check that the light blue guide on the fuser is the proper one. Guides from newer machines like the MP171 won't work, because they are too short thanks to the newer machine's duplex mechanics. I did that to myself, so I know that can be a problem.
