    Sc220-04 on CL7200

    I had this code, every time it begin to print, paper go tru machine then the code show up. It can be reset by power off-on,
    I suspect Laser unit faulty, any body had this problem before ? ( I had tried reseat connector from Laser to BCU ).

      I have had this problem with a AP3800. I believe I tried swapping the Laser Synchronizing Detector Boards to see if the error would go to one of the other colors (001/002/003); I do know that I ended up putting a new Laser Housing in the machine. The machine had fewer than 2500 prints on it and the error happened right after the customer moved it themselves into a mobile trailer.

          New laser assembly in

          Today I replaced trouble laser box with a repaired laser box. I will report back if it does not fix.
